Delhi School Holidays: Delhi government has declared school holidays for November 7, 2024 on the occasion of Chhath Puja. As per reports, Delhi CM Atishi has asked the Chief Secretary for a necessary notification to be issued regarding the holiday.
According to the notification Chhath Puja is an important festival for the people of NCT of Delhi and so the government has decided to declare November 7th as public holiday on the occasion of Chhath Puja.
Schools in Bihar on the other hand will remain closed between November 6 and 8 for Chhath Puja and schools will reopen on November 11.
Schools will remain closed on a few days in November due to upcoming celebrations. Schools will remain closed on November 15 for Guru Nanak Jayanti.
