Maharashtra SSC, HSC Practical Exam 2022 Dates Announced: Even as concerns around the Maharashtra Board SSC and HSC Exam 2022 remain unanswered, the Maharashtra State Board has announced the dates for practical exams as well today. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, MSBSHSE has officially notified the time period during which Maharashtra SSC, HSC Practical Exam 2022 will be held across the state. According to the timeline shared by the Maha Board, Practical Exams for Class 10 and Class 12 students will be held between 14^th February and 14^th March 2022.

MSBSHSE 10th and 12th Practical Exams – Dates and Timeline

Maharashtra State Board has formally notified by the practical exam dates for both SSC i.e. Class 10 and HSC i.e. Class 12 students. According to the reports, Maharashtra HSC Practical Exam 2022 for 12^th Class students will be held from 14^th February 2022 and 3^rd March 2022. On similar lines, MSBHSE SSC Practical Exam 2022 for 10^th Class students will be held from 25^th February to 14^th March 2022.

For now, local media reports have only confirmed the dates or general timeline for the Maharashtra Board 10^th and 12^th Class 2022 Practical Exams. The detailed subject-wise schedule will be prepared mostly at school-level and notified to the individual students later on.

Concerns about Offline Exams amid 3^rd Wave

Given the current situation around COVID-19 pandemic, the announcement of MSBSHSE 10th and 12th Practical Exams along with directions for holding exam in offline mode has come across as surprise to many. Students, parents, teachers and several other stakeholders are currently divided on reopening of schools, which the state govt has permitted from 24^th January 2022 onwards. On similar lines, holding of offline exams for HSC and SSC students, especially event as COVID-19 cases in major cities of the state continue to rise has been met with mixed response. Estimates suggest that in total around 36 lakh students will be appearing for the Maharashtra Board HSC and SSC Exam 2022 in offline format. This poses a great logistical challenge for the MSBSHSE to organize the exam in strict compliance with COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
