CUCET 2022 Important Dates: National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Central Universities -Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2022 for admission to the Integrated/Under-Graduate (UI) and Post-Graduation (PG) Programmes of 14 Central Universities for the academic session 2022-23 in CBT mode. Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University are also expected to join CUCET 2022 Exam. The CUCET 2022 Application will open from the 3rd week of March 2022 (Tentative). Interested and eligible candidates will undergo a Computer Based Test (CBT) which will be held in June 2022 (Tentative). What is CU-CET 2022?

NTA has been assigned the responsibility of conducting Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2022 for admission to Integrated/Under Graduate (UI) Programmes and Post-graduation (PG) Programmes of 14 Central Universities for the Academic Session 2022-23. This all-India test is being organized by 14 Central Universities for admission to UI and PG in these Universities/Institute(s). It provides a single-window opportunity to the students to seek admission in these Participating Universities (PU) across the country.

In this article, we have shared the CUCET 2022 Important Dates (Tentative) related to the application process, admit card, exam date, answer key, result, and counseling. More details will be updated after the release of the official notification of the CUCET 2022.

CUCET 2022 Application Date

The CUCET 2022 Online Application is expected start in the 3rd week of March 2022 and end by 2nd week of April 2022. More details on last date to edit or modify your application form, payment of fees, and correcting your application will be updated after the release of the official notification of the CUCET 2022. Meanwhile, candidates who are planning to apply for CUCET 2022 should ensure to keep an e-mail address and mobile number ready for the Online Application Process as these will be used for email or SMS sent by the NTA. Candidates should also keep Photographs (that they will upload on Online Application Form) – 6 to 8 passport size.

CUCET 2022 Admit Card

The CUCET 2022 Admit Card is expected to be available from 2nd week of May 2022. Candidates who would have successfully submitted their online Application and paid their Exam fees will be able to download their CUCET 2022 Admit Card. More details on the release and downloading of Admit Card will be available after the release of the official notification of CUSET 2022.

CUCET 2022 Exam Date

The CUCET 2022 Exam for UG and PG courses is expected to take place in June 2022. Final dates and timing of the CUCET 2022 Online Exam will be confirmed and updated after the release of the official notification of CUCET 2022.

CUCET 2022 Answer Key & Result

The CUCET 2022 Answer Key & Result are expected to be released during the 2nd or 3rd week of June 2022. The NTA will release the CUCET 2022 Answer Key in two phases - provisional and final. Candidates who will appear for the CUCET 2022 will be able to login with their registered username and password to download and check the CUCET 2022 Answer Key PDF.

Display of Provisional Answer Key for Challenges

The NTA will display the Recorded Responses and Question Paper attempted by the candidates on the NTA website www.cucet.nta.nic.in prior to declaration of result. The recorded responses are likely to be displayed for two to three days.

The NTA will display Provisional Answer Key of the questions on the NTA website www.cucet.nta.nic.in, with a Public Notice issued to this effect on the said website, to provide an opportunity to the candidates to challenge the Provisional Answer Keys with online payment of Rs. 200/- per “Non-refundable” question challenged as processing charges. Only paid challenges made during stipulated time through key challenge link will be considered. The subject experts will examine all the challenges received and then a final answer key will be displayed and declared.

Declaration of Results

The result for CU-CET 2022 will be processed based on Final Answer Keys. No grievance with regard to Answer Key(s) after Declaration of Result of CU-CET 2022 will be entertained. The marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the result of CU-CET 2022. No Score Card will be dispatched to the candidates and the candidates are advised to download their Score Cards for CU-CET 2022 from the website: www.cucet.nta.nic.in only.

CUCET 2022 Counselling

The CUCET 2022 Counselling Schedule is expected to be released in the 2nd week of July 2022. After the declaration of the CU-CET 2022 result by NTA, the respective CUs will declare the counselling/ admission schedule and merit list based on the weightage on the CU-CET 2022 score and the other criteria of the respective Central Universities.
