WBCHSE Syllabus: The West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Education has issued the revised syllabus for WB HS class 11 and 12 students. As per the notification issued, a few minor changes have been introduced for a few of the subjects.

According to the official notification shared based on suggestions from various quarters, the Council has reviewed the syllabus of several Subjects under the H.S curriculum and given below are the Subject-wise[ English B, English A, Alternative English, Bengali A, Hindi A, Hindi B, History, Political Science, Accountancy, Costing & Taxation, Business Studies, Education, Science of Well-being, Statistics, Philosophy, Environmental Studies, Economics. Geography, Biological Science ] minor changes made in the review process. The revised WB HS Class 11 and 12 syllabus PDF is now available on the official website - wbchse.wb.gov.in.

WB HS Syllabus Change 2025
- As per the official notification issued, all the changes in the concerned subjects will be reflected in the 4th edition of the syllabus books.
- Relevant changes will also be made in the next version of the books of Model Question Papers,
- The changes stated in class 11 syllabus are not going to affect students already in the process of preparing for the class 11 semester 2 exams.
- Changes mentioned in the notification will be effective from the next academic year onwards.
