NIMCET Result 2021: As per the updates, the National Institute of Raipur (NIT) Raipur has declared the result for the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2021. The results have been announced on the official website - nimcet.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can log in to the official website by using their email ID and password. As per the recent updates, the authorities have released the ranks of candidates secured in NIMCET 2021 and not the marks. Due to this, candidates are unable to reveal the formula used by NIT to allot ranks to the candidates. However, the authorities are yet to provide any explanation regarding this issue.

How To Check NIMCET 2021 Result?

To download the result of NIMCET 2021, candidates will have to log into the official website using their hall ticket number and password. They can check the steps to download the NIMCET result 2021 below -

• Step 1 - Go to the NIMCET official website - nimcet.in.
• Step 2 - On the homepage, click on the ‘result link’.
• Step 3 - Login using the hall ticket number and password.
• Step 4 - The NIMCET 2021 result will appear on the screen.
• Step 5 - Save the result page as a PDF file for future use.

The NIMCET 2021 scorecard specifies only the rank. Other details mentioned on the rank card include name, gender, application number, hall ticket number, category, disability status, mobile number, Aadhar Card number, etc. After specifying all these details, the candidate’s rank is provided in the document.

NIMCET 2021 Result: Counselling

Apart from announcing the results, NIT authorities have also released the NIMCET 2021 counselling schedule. Accordingly, the choice filing session is going to begin today, on 24th August 2021. Candidates can fill their list of preferred institutes on the official website nimcet.in latest by 28th August 2021, up to 5 pm. Thereafter, based on the candidates’ ranks and preferences, the first round of the college allotment list will be available on 31st August 2021, at 8 pm.

Candidates can pay the online application fee and upgrade their institute options on 1st and 2nd September 2021. Thereafter, the first round of document verification for candidates with allotted colleges will take place from 4th to 7th September 2021. Any discrepancy in the documents will be communicated to the respective candidate via email or mobile by the verifying officer. Candidates are expected to resolve the document issues latest by 7th September 2021, to confirm their admission. The second round of allotment will be held on 11th September 2021 till 5 pm.
