NEET UG 2024: Registration Likely To Begin Soon At neet.nta.nic.in, Check Latest Updates

NEET UG Registration 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET 2024) on May 5, 2024. Registration for UG programmes is slated to begin in March 2024. However, the application process has not yet begun. Last year, the registration process took place between March 6 and April 6, 2023, and the exam was held on May 7, 2023. The registration process is expected to commence on March 4, 2024. However, NTA has not yet announced an official date.

Candidates will have approximately one month to apply once the process begins. NTA will also provide a correction window to candidates after the conclusion of the registration process. The NEET UG 2024 exam will be held in 13 different languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Steps To Apply For NEET UG 2024

Candidates can go through the following steps to register for the NEET UG 2024 entrance examination. Before filling out the application form, aspirants must keep the guidelines in mind provided by the NTA. The guideline clearly states that candidates must ensure that the email address and mobile number provided in the application form are their own or their parent's/guardian's only as all communication will be done through the registered email or SMS on the registered phone number.

Step 3: Enter valid personal and contact information to register

Step 4: Login and fill out the application form

Step 5: Upload the required documents

Step 6: Pay the registration fee and click on ‘Submit’ to complete the process

NEET UG 2024: Exam Pattern

The NEET 2024 exam will comprise of 200 questions and a total of 720 marks. Out of the 200, only 180 questions will be attempted that will be in MCQ format. Physics and Chemistry sections will have 45 questions each, while Biology (Zoology and Botany together) will have 90 questions.
