NEET Result 2021: NTA extends Application Correction Deadline for Phase 1 and 2 at neet.nta.nic.in

NEET 2021 Result Update: The wait for NEET Result 2021 just got a bit longer as NTA has released an important notice providing details about the upcoming events for the medical entrance exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the timeline for NEET application correction window for details submitted by candidates for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Registration Process. With this development, the release of NEET 2021 Answer Key and NEET Result is likely to be delayed further. The Correction window for NEET 2021 applications will remain open till 11:50 pm on 14^th October, which means that the official answer key and the window to challenge it will open only after that. Meanwhile, candidates who are yet to verify the details submitted by them as part of NEET 2021 application process are advised to take advantage of this latest extension and do so at the earliest by visiting official website i.e. neet.nta.nic.in.

OMR Sheets and NEET Scorecards to be Sent via Email

The latest notice released by the NTA also provides an important update about the NEET Result 2021. The notice clarifies that the the scanned copy of OMR Answer Sheets containing the answers marked by the candidates in the exam along with the NEET Scorecard will be sent to their registered email address. This is the same email address candidates have used and provided in their application forms. Keeping this in mind, candidates have been advised to verify all the details, especially personal contact details during the latest extension of application correction window.

NEET Answer Key 2021 Expected Soon

The first step towards release of NEET 2021 Answer Key will involve release of the provisional answer key for the medical entrance exam by the NTA. While the testing agency has not given any specific date for the release of NEET 2021 Answer Key, it is likely that it will be released in next 2-3 days after the application correction window closes tomorrow. Furthermore, after the release of NEET 2021 answer key, the window to challenge or raise objections will also be made available by the agency which will be of 36 to 48 hours. Once the objections are received, they would be verified and final answer key accordingly prepared. NEET 2021 Result would be based on the final answer key thus prepared.
