The Medical Counselling Committee has announced the withdrawal of Postgraduate seats from two medical colleges for the NEET PG 2022 Round 1 Counselling. Candidates can check the details of the NEET PG Counselling seat matrix and other details here.

NEET PG 2022 Seat Matrix: The Medical Counselling Committee has announced the withdrawal of Postgraduate seats from two medical colleges for the NEET PG 2022 Round 1 Counselling. NEET PG Counselling 2022 is being conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee for the admission to 50% AIQ seats. NEET PG Round 1 registrations will close tomorrow - September 23, 2022. Candidates who are yet to complete the registrations for the NEET PG 2022 Round 1 Counselling can visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee to complete the registration and application process. 

Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal and BJ Government Medical College Ahemdabad informed the Medical Counselling Committee to remove the seats from the seat matrix of NEET PG Counselling Round 1. As per reports, the PG Seats from Gandhi Medical College were removed as the institute has not got recognition from the National Medical Commission while seats were removed from BJ Government College as the PG Medical seats were added incorrectly.

The Medical Counselling Committee has also informed the medical colleges that the Overseas Citizens of India, Person of Indian Origin and Foreign Nationals will only be eligible for admissions to PG courses under NRI seats and not for AIQ/ Central/ Deemed Paid/ Indian Seats.

MCC has also displayed a list of 729 candidates who have been provisionally converted from Indian to NRI for the purpose of NEET PG 2022 Counselling based on the scrutiny of documents sent by the students to MCC. 

Candidates were also advised to produce the same original documents at the time of reporting in case NRI seat is allotted to them, failing which the admissions will be cancelled.
