MICAT Phase 2 Result: The Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad (MICA) declared the MICAT Phase 2 results on the official website - mica.ac.in. The institution released the list of candidates selected for the PGDM and PGDM-C courses through the MICA Admission Test (MICAT 2024) Phase 2. Candidates can visit the official website of MICA to obtain their scorecards.
The institute announces the best of the two scores obtained by the students in the MICAT Phase 1 and 2 examinations Students who cleared the MICAT 2024 test need to also have passed CAT, GMAT, or XAT. Candidates must note that their admission will be based on the MICAT exam, PI, GE, and another MBA exam. 30% weightage will be given to MICAT and personal interview (PI) rounds, and 20% each for CAT, GMAT, or XAT, and group exercise (GE) rounds.
MICA will select one-tenth of the total number of candidates who appeared in the MICAT Phase 1 and 2 examinations and will shortlist those students for GE and PI. The MICAT Phase 2 scorecard will contain important details such as the candidate's name, roll number, date of birth, subject-wise marks, and total marks. MICA MBA Courses: Selection Criteria
To move to the next stages of the MICAT Phase 2 selection process, candidates are required to clear section A (psychometric test). Applicants will further be selected based on the following criteria:
- 20% weightage is given to scores obtained in the CAT, XAT, or GMAT examinations. A minimum cut-off in CAT or XAT total percentile or GMAT score shall be considered.
- Further, Section C (all sub-sections) of the MICAT examination is assessed.
- Section C scores are normalised. The evaluation uses percentile and raw scores for each subsection and requires a minimum cut-off.
- Those who qualify through Section C, their performance in Section B is evaluated.
- Both Sections C and B have a sectional cut-off (percentile and raw scores).
