Taking into account the current situation, media reports indicate that the application process for KVS Admission 2020 will be held online via official portal. Therefore, to complete the formalities, parents would need to upload some important documents and provide necessary information on the dedicated admissions portal. As part of the formalities, parents would have to provide the following details / documents on the website:

• Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph of Student (in JPEG format – max size 256 kb)

With thousands of students applying for admission to KVS Schools and limited number of seats on offer, there is tough competition for students who are vying for admission to KVS School located across the country. According to the notification, the "Parents can check the status of their applications in lotteries to be conducted for various admission categories by clicking "Check Application Status" from 6am, 12 Aug 2020."

Taking into account the COVID-19 situation and the lockdown measures in place in few districts across the country, KVS Class 1 Admission Merit List 2020 will be released online on the official website or admissions portal. Parents of students who have applied for admission can follow the simple stepwise process listed below:

• Step 1: Visit official website i.e kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
• Step 2: Find and Click on Link for ‘Check Application Status’
• Step 3: Enter your Login Code, Date of Birth of child, Mobile Number
• Step 4: Input the Security Captcha listed on the page
• Step 5: After login, the admission status for application would be displayed on the screen

Parents must note that KVS would be releasing the 1^st Merit List 2020 for Class 1 Admissions shortly. In case seats are left vacant after the 1^st Merit List release, the Sangathan would release the 2^nd and 3^rd Mist List on 19^th and 23^rd August 2020, respectively.
