KCET 2021 Counselling: As per the updates, Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the KCET UGCET second extended round seat allotment dates today. As per the dates released in the pdf notification, the display of the seat matrix will be on 24th December 2021 after 11 am. Also, the option entry process for eligible aspirants will start from tomorrow at 11 am. During KCET 2021 option entry, candidates will be allowed to add fresh/ modify/ delete options.

How To Do KCET 2021 Second Extended Round Option Entry?
KCET 2021 seat allotment is being done on the basis of choices filled in by the candidates, their performance in KCET and availability of seats in the institute. For KCET 2021 Second Extended Round Option Entry, they will have to follow these steps -
- Step 1 - Go to the official website of KCET 2021 official website- kea.kar.nic.in.
- Step 2 - Click on the “UGCET 2021 option entry” link.
- Step 3 - Login using the CET number.
- Step 4 - Fill in the preferred institute and college.
- Step 5 - Click on the “Submit” button.
KEA has also notified that no choices will be given to second round extended seat allotted candidates after the announcement of seat allotment results. Candidates must note that the KCET 2021 second extended round seat allotment result will be strictly based on the choices entered by studying during the option entry process.

Apart from the above information, candidates who wish to surrender the KEA seat, allotted in round 1 or 2, can cancel their seats on or before 25th December 2021 by 5 pm. Moreover, aspirants will be eligible for refund of fee amount after deducting Rs. 5000.
