JK NMMS 2024 Exam: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the exam date for National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMS). As per the official notification, JK NMMS Exam 2024 will be held on July 8, 2024. The admit card will be issued on the official website.
Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholarship Ability Test (SAT). The tests will last for 90 minutes. The MAT will take place from 11 am to 12:30 pm, while the SAT will be held from 1 pm to 2:30 pm.
JK NMMS 2024 Eligibility Criteria

- Students in class 8 can apply for the NMMS 2024 exam
- A minimum of 55% in Class 8 exams is required of applicants; SC/ST students may be exempted by 5%.
- Students must be enrolled in a local body, government-aided, or government school.
- The total annual income of the family must not exceed Rs 3.50 lakh.
- Reservation will be offered to different categories of students as per the UT of J&K reservation policy.
