JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Applications: The National Testing Agency has issued a notification regarding the Aadhaar Card name mismatch when filling the JEE Main 2025 session 1 applications. Students must note that the JEE Mains 2025 application process for session 1 commenced on October 28, 2024. The last date for students to apply for Session 1 exams is November 22, 2024. Students applying for the engineering entrance exams must read through the instructions provided.

When filling out the JEE Main Session 1 application 2025, students are required to complete the Aadhaar authentication by providing their name as mentioned on the Aadhaar Card. It has been observed that certain candidates are facing errors in completing the authentication process due to mismatch in their information on the Aadhaar Card and their class 10 certificate. In such cases, students can follow the instructions provided to complete the authentication process.
What to Do in Case of Name Mismatch?
As per the instructions provided, after filling in the details and clicking on Confirm Name as per Aadhaar if the candidates receive a popup (as mentioned below)
They must close the pop-up box and a new window will open where candidates must enter their name exactly as mentioned in the Aadhaar card.
The name mentioned on the Aadhaar card and the certificate will be captured allowing candidates to continue with the registration process.

Step 2: Click on the Session 1 registration link
Step 3: Enter the email ID and mobile number
Step 4: Log in to fill out the online application form
Step 5: Upload all required documents in the application form
Step 6: Submit the JEE Mains session 1 application fee
