IGNOU January 2021 Re-Registration Deadline Extended: As per the latest update, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for re-registration process for IGNOU January 2021 Session. The extension of two weeks will provide candidates and students who are yet to complete the re-registration process for the next semester for various courses including undergraduate, postgraduate, semester-based programmes.  Now, candidates who are yet to complete their re-registration for January session of IGNOU until 28th February online via the dedicated Samarth Portal at ignou.samarth.edu.in. Samarth Portal for Re-Registration Process

As part of the digitalization drive, the varsity has launched a dedicated portal called Samarth, which will track the complete academic journey of the students over their association with IGNOU. As part of this, the re-registration process for next semester of the courses is also being done via the Samarth Portal of the IGNOU. Samarth Portal has been designed as a single window portal where all student life cycle related services will be made available in a phased manner in addition to currently available re-registration process.

How to complete re-registration for IGNOU January 2021 Session?

The newly launched Samarth Portal of IGNOU has really simplified the registration process for next semester or year for existing students. However, as a one-time step, students who were registered on the old portal will have to create a new account on the Samarth portal to ensure that their academic history is mapped correctly. Thereafter, they can log onto Samarth portal using your login credentials and re-register for the courses of which they are part of.

• Step 3: Enter the required details in the IGNOU 2021 registration link given
• Step 4: Submit the re-registration fee
• Step 5: Click on the final submission of the IGNOU application
