Hyderabad: The University has announced that they are going to offer completely free education to students who lost their parents to Covid-19 during the pandemic. 70 new courses have been launched with 100% scholarship.

Free Education To Students: As per the media updates, in a press conference the Mallu Reddy University has announced that they will be providing free education to students who lost their parents to COVID-19 during the pandemic. In this academic year, the university has introduced 70 new courses across a wide spectrum of industry domains. These new courses include - BBA - Public Policy Governance, MPP - Master of Public Policy, MBA in Public Policy & Management are available only in our University. 

Mallu Reddy University Scholarship Initiative 

  • The University will be providing free education to the students who lost their parents because of COVID-19.
  • During the last Academic Year - 2020-21, more than 1200 students got scholarships up to Rs 2,00,000 for the entire course in different categories.
  • This year, the university is committed to giving scholarships from Rs 75,000 to Rs 1,00,000 per year for Merit Eandconomically Weaker Sections.  

Mallu Reddy University 70 New Courses 

MRUH Chancellor D.N. Reddy said at a press conference here that the university after the successful completion of the first year has decided to introduce new courses aiming at instilling job skills and enhancing skills in the new era of education. Applications are open now for the courses in engineering, sciences, agriculture, para-medical, BBA, MBA and public policy.

Other States Announcement 

Earlier, state governments of Punjab, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh had said they will sponsor the education of children who have lost their parents to COVID-19. These states had also announced monetary relief for such children. Apart from that, the Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI) has decided that they will sponsor the education of students who have lost their parents to COVID-19.
