The Central Board of Secondary Education will digitize the records of all the CBSE students who were enrolled in the last 45 years. The announcement regarding the same was made during the live interaction of the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal with the Presidents and Secretaries of CBSE Sahodaya schools. The minister while speaking to the CBSE officials stated that this move will enable the students of the board to access the certificates online and also help the citizens enrolled after 1975 to get their CBSE certificates easily.
The Union Education Minister took to Twitter stating that the records of all the CBSE students who have enrolled in the last 45 years will be digitized helping the citizens enrolled after 1975 to get the certificates easily. The minister further added that CBSE will be training 10 Lakh teachers in the coming years to meet the goals of NEP 2020.
CBSE 2021 Examination Date Sheet
During the live session, the Union Education Minister also announced that the CBSE will be publishing the CBSE Class 10 and 12 date sheets on February 2, 2021. Once the date sheets are released, the students appearing for the CBSE 2021 examinations will be able to download the CBSE class 10 and 12 date sheets from the official website of the board.
As per the upcoming CBSE 2021 examination dates, the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 exams will commence from May 4 to Jun 10, 2021. The CBSE practical exams will however commence from March 1, 2021, and will continue until the commencement of the theory exams in May 2021. The results of the CBSE class 10 and 12 examinations will be declared by July 15, 2021.
CBSE Affiliation Restructure
The Central Board of Secondary Education will be restructuring the board affiliation system for schools making the process completely digital basing it on data analytics with minimal human intervention. The new system will be brought into effect from March 1, 2021, which has been structured according to the recommendations and reforms as per the National Education Policy.
