AILET 2022 Exam Pattern and Syllabus Revised, Check at nludelhi.ac.in

According to the details provided on the official notification, the National Law University Delhi has modified the exam syllabus for the AILET 2022 exams. Students appearing for the AILET 2022 entrance exams can visit the official website to check the modified syllabus and exam pattern.

AILET 2022 application form has also been issued by the National Law University. According to the schedule provided, the last date for students to submit the AILET 2022 online application form is April 7, 2022. Candidates yet to apply for the AILET 2022 exams can also visit the official website to complete the online application process. 

AILET 2022 Revised Syllabus - BA LLB

• As per the details provided on the official website, the AILET 2022 BA LLB Exams will have three sections - Section A- English Language, Section B - Current Affairs and General Knowledge, and Section C - Logical Reasoning.
• Students will have to answer a total of 150 MCQs for a total of 150 Marks within a duration of 90 Minutes.

Sectional Division

• The Logical Reasoning section Legal Principles may be used to test the logical aptitude of the candidates but the exams will not require any kind of legal knowledge or technical understanding.

AILET 2022 Marking Scheme and Tie Breaker - BA LLB

• According to the marking scheme provided, negative marking will be applicable for AILET 2022. The formula followed for the negative marking is 0.25*4=1 which means that 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
• If two or more candidates secure the same marks the merit will be determined based on the higher marks in the Logical Reasoning Section. If the merit is still the same then candidates with seniority by age will be preferred or computerized draw of lots will be taken into consideration.

AILET 2022 Syllabus - LLM

As per the modified syllabus for AILET 2022 LLM exams, there will be two sections - Section A with 100 Multiple Choice questions in two parts and Section B with Descriptive questions. Candidates are required to answer these sections in a duration of 90 minutes.

Sectional Details

AILET 2022 LLM Section B Evaluation

As per the evaluation scheme for AILET 2022 LLM Exams the university will prepare a list of three times the number of seats for each category considering the reservation policy based on the total marks secured in Section A. Section B Evaluation will be done only for the candidates who are in the list.

The AILET 2022 LLM final rank list will be prepared based on a combination of the Section A and B scores.

Negative Marking and Tie-Breaker

• Similar to the AILET 2022 LLB exams, a negative marking of 0.25 will be applicable for every incorrect answer.
• If two students get the same marks, their merit will be decided based on their Age seniority or computerized draw of lots.
