AILET 2022 Revised Syllabus - BA LLB
- As per the details provided on the official website, the AILET 2022 BA LLB Exams will have three sections - Section A- English Language, Section B - Current Affairs and General Knowledge, and Section C - Logical Reasoning.
- Students will have to answer a total of 150 MCQs for a total of 150 Marks within a duration of 90 Minutes.

AILET 2022 Marking Scheme and Tie Breaker - BA LLB
- According to the marking scheme provided, negative marking will be applicable for AILET 2022. The formula followed for the negative marking is 0.25*4=1 which means that 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- If two or more candidates secure the same marks the merit will be determined based on the higher marks in the Logical Reasoning Section. If the merit is still the same then candidates with seniority by age will be preferred or computerized draw of lots will be taken into consideration.

AILET 2022 LLM Section B Evaluation
As per the evaluation scheme for AILET 2022 LLM Exams the university will prepare a list of three times the number of seats for each category considering the reservation policy based on the total marks secured in Section A. Section B Evaluation will be done only for the candidates who are in the list.
The AILET 2022 LLM final rank list will be prepared based on a combination of the Section A and B scores.
Negative Marking and Tie-Breaker
- Similar to the AILET 2022 LLB exams, a negative marking of 0.25 will be applicable for every incorrect answer.
- If two students get the same marks, their merit will be decided based on their Age seniority or computerized draw of lots.
