
AICTE 2022-23 Academic Schedule: The All India Council for Technical Education has released the revised Academic Calendar for 2022-21 for all the AICTE approved institutions and universities. As per the revised schedule available, the classes for the first-year students from Technical courses will begin from August 1, 2022.

AICTE 2022-23 Academic Calendar
The AICTE 2022-23 Academic Calendar will include the dates against which the AICTE will be planning the next academic year.

| Results of Qualifying Exams | On or before June 5, 2022 |
| Round 1 counselling, admission for allotment of seats | To be completed on or before June 30, 2022 |
| Round 2 counselling, admission for allotment of seats | To be completed on or before July 10, 2022 |
| Last round of counselling for allotment of seats | To be completed on or before July 20, 2022 |
| Commencement of academic session | August 1, 2022 |
| Last date to admit students against vacancies | August 15, 2022 |
| Last date of granting or refusing approval by AICTE | April 10 |
| Last date of granting or refusing affiliation by the university or state government | May 15, 2022 |
According to the instructions mentioned in the AICTE 2022-23 academic calendar, all the institutions approved by the AICTE are required to follow the academic calendar. Institutions are also required to begin the classes in the online/ offline or blended mode as per the guidelines prescribed by the AICTE.
AICTE has also mentioned that the academic calendar may be changed as per the conditions existing due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home, and Ministry of Education.
